Electrostatic precipitators

The holding group Condor Eco-SF NIIOGAZ offers consumers a new generation of electrostatic precipitators, n which it has been possible to significantly reduce the metal consumption and reduce the dimensions of the plants while meeting the required emission standards for particulate matter.

On the basis of EGA electrostatic precipitators, electrostatic precipitators have been developed for wide industrial applications of EGA-M and EGAV, for power engineering - EGSE and EGVM.

The EGA-M type electrostatic precipitator differs from EGA with the use of corona electrodes with reduced corona discharge voltage, which will reduce emissions by up to 50% depending on the size, economical drive mechanisms of the electrode system shaking and gas distribution grids with a wide range of speed control and short-circuit protection and overloads, the use of a suspension system for the installation of corona electrodes and the use of precipitation elements such as ECO MK 4x160 having a minimum deviation eniya from the nominal dimensions.

Electrostatic precipitators of the EGAW type with the upper arrangement of shaking mechanisms and the use of a new electrode system also improved the technical characteristics: the deposition area increased by 35-50%; the residence time of particles in the core increased by 30-40%; specific metal consumption decreased by 6-15%.

In heat power engineering, electrostatic precipitators of the EGWM type with an interelectrode distance of up to 460 mm, the height of the active part up to 18 meters and using corona elements of the SF-2 type are increasingly used.

The resin electrostatic precipitator type C-9.7 is designed for cleaning from gums, oil fogs and dust from the generator and coke-chemical gases and provides emissions of less than 50 mg / m3.
